Dear Editor,
It seems that our local CCRD is falling apart. Is it purposely being run into the ground?
Would this have happened if Kevin O’Neill and Christine Hyde were still on the Board? We doubt it. This is very disappointing, and we believe that the Valley deserves better. Where have we gone wrong?
